Come first get first
Based on this theory, the plots will be booked
Single/Jointly can book
More than one person can book a plot in a united dame
Booking Money is required
Booking money per katha is minimum 20,000/- taka
Buyer or his representative can apply
The buyer or his representative can apply with the booking money in the given form. With the application form newly taken two passport size photos should be submitted
No downpayment while booking
After booking, 10% downpayment of the total value should be paid within 30 days
For one-time payment
For one-time payment, after booking money left amount should be paid within 30 days
Maximum 72 monthly instalments
For buying in installments, after booking money, left amount should be paid in maximum 72 monthly instalments
Special value advantage
There is special value advantage for booking plots for school, college, university, hospital along with religious and social-service institutions
Foreigners can pay
Foreigners can pay with foreign currency by converting that one equal to the given value
Transaction Method
Usual transactions can be paid through Check/TT/DD/Pay-order to the "Premium Housing Estate Ltd."
Mark out the area
After the buyer pays all money for the plot, the company would mark out the area of the plot and registration will be done to the buyer
Expense borne by the buyer
For registration of plot and handing-over every expense should be borne by the buyer
Utility Connections
Electric, gas and other connection will be established by related authorities by the efforts of the company. Costs related to establishing connection of main line to the plot should be borne by the plot owner
Follow the rules
The buyer should abide by rules and regulations of RAJUK and other organizations for the development activities
Price list may revised
These price list is for a fixed time duration and can be changed by the authority
